Footy Zoo offers all of its customers the opportunity to cancel their subscription to our services at any time, no questions asked. If a customer has signed up to purchase membership to one of our trading services, they have a full 14 day period from payment initiation in which to request a full refund on the money they paid for the service. Once these 14 days have passed, the customer is out of their refund period and no refund can be given. Once a cancelation has been executed, the user will still be able to access their purchase for their full subscription cycle. Upon the next payment date, they will be removed from the membership system and access to all products will decease. Ancillary products such as additional downloads, trading packs etc are exempt from refunds once said items have been downloaded unless it can be proven they are different from initially advertised. For the training material on the website, any user who has consumed more than 65% of the content in their package is also exempt from refunds. As our products are completely digital, it would be unnecessary to include a shipping or return clause.
